"COMMUNICATION IS CREATING UNDERSTANDING"
As today i am  going toexpress my views about the communication. It has becomes a vital tool . If one having extreme power to communicate then he can easlily , make other understand what he is trying to say or what message he want to give to other person. In today's real world a communicator is exactly a leader , because a leader is a only person who can motivate other so that the productivity and growth of organization can improve , and this can only done with the help of communication . Every person continously needs to express his thoughts and to get feedback and this can be done only with communication. Life would be handicapped without communication.
                              Though the communication is an important factor in today era , if one is lacking this quality , that means he is reducing his quality , his confidence  as well his importance . Because everybody should know how to influence other, so that other get influenced and make themselves ready to listen you and this get only through communication, and for this one should have to develop soft skills in his persona.
                                As to develop effective communication one should always try to speak easy but attractive words which help him discourse with others very easily and comfortably.

Like one wants a glass of water to quench his thrist , and so he has to trasmit the message that he want a glass of water . There are may ways to convey the message but here the question arises what should be the best and attractive? :
-> Hi! give me a glass of water
->can i have a glass of water?
-> Give me a glass of water
-> As i am feeling tired and thristy , so if I can have a glass of water from you that it will be better for me.

so according to me last is the best way for the want of water , because politeness and clearity must be needed if you want something from others . Though this sentence is long but clearificance  is must which is found in this sentence...  so with better understanding one get feel happy in supporting you .

Now from here I want to express the importance of communication in organization .

Communication is the key to success in any relationship. to communicate effectively , particularly in organization setting , it is vital to develop mechanism that ensure an easy flow of information.
               Let us think of a corporate organization as a human body and the various working professionals as different part of the body and the top management as the human brain. the entire body functions only because there is a constant exchange of signals between the brain and different part of the body . terefore, for the successful existence of an organization ,there has to be well-defined channels of communication between working professionals and top level managers. It is not just a matter of creating communication chance but encouraging employees to communicate without fear. We have to remember taht an environment where communication is not hindered in anyway, creats an atmosphere conducive to growth.
                     So at last I would like to say that communication is must in everybody's life to explain as well as attract others and mainly for making  others understand what you are trying to say.

                                          IF YOU CAN'T THEM ACROSS , YOUR
